My name is Kethia Embelo Ngeleza, and I am a recent graduate of Fordham University, where I studied Economics and French and Francophone studies. I am currently based in Paris, working as an English language assistant while continuing to write and research across culture, history, and politics.
My interests include African history, literary fiction, African cinema, and the ways culture shapes collective memory and identity. I am particularly drawn to stories and historical narratives that examine diaspora, postcolonial life, art, and political imagination across Africa and its global communities. Through essays, criticism, and creative writing, I explore the intersections of history and everyday life with a focus on thoughtful, nuanced storytelling.
